About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Practitioner to join our Quality department as a Regional Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Care and Support teams deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Lead and manage quality audits and social care governance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to Care and Support teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
