Creative Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Practitioner to join our Quality department as a Regional Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Care and Support teams deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Lead audits and social care governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Quality Practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and external partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
