Job Summary:
Marc Daniels is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team in a market leading company. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for implementing first-class collections processes within the Accounts Receivable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to develop and implement effective collections strategies.
- Communicate with customers via telephone to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Manage a debt management case queue to tackle non-payers and reduce outstanding aged ledger.
- Produce weekly debt reporting for the AR Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using MS Excel to analyze and manage data.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Credit Control or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
