Credit Control Specialist

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Controller. As a key member of our credit control function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contact clients to resolve payment and service queries via phone and email.
- Process and resolve incoming invoice and payment correspondence, updating internal systems with accurate and timely records.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve client queries regarding outstanding invoices.
- Complete account adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with the litigation function to hand over files for litigation when collection opportunities are exhausted.
- Notify Client Experience of any complaints, cancellations, or action points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a finance function is advantageous.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Salesforce and/or Access Dimensions experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
