Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts for a leading international luxury fashion and retail company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual reconciliation of accounts and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Managing a portfolio of 250 accounts valued at over 3.4 million £/Euros
  • Handling all queries and resolving issues related to the accounts
  • Building strong working relationships with European clients and stakeholders
  • Working with seasonal demand and cash allocation
  • Chasing cash collection and ensuring timely payments

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Credit Controller
  • Exposure to insurance credit and experience working within a fashion retail company
  • Previous experience working with multi-currencies and fluent in English and a European language (Spanish, French or Italian)
  • Excel skills: VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables
