About the Role

This role will be responsible for reducing debt, handling queries, and supporting the credit control team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B credit control, including reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and ledger balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reduce debt and improve cash flow
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues
  • Support the credit control team and streamline processes
  • Credit check clients and verify contracts
  • Assist with month-end procedures and provide cover for the compliance and admin team
  • Encourage and participate in regular discussions about process improvements
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B credit control
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivots
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a hardworking team
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
