Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and manage suspense accounts to prevent financial discrepancies.
    • Conduct regular ledger reviews to identify and resolve any financial issues.

  • Credit Control:

    • Chase payment from customers to reduce outstanding debtors balance.
    • Adhere to our company's Credit Control Policy to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve any queries or issues.

  • Communication:

    • Provide regular updates to management on financial performance and any issues that may arise.
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a Credit Control position, preferably in the property sector.
    • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

  • Skills:

    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
