Head of Sales – Cambridge

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Sales department at KPI People.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and drive the sales team forward to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes to maximize sales conversion and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Oversee stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our luxury brand.
  • Actively promote Finance and Insurance related products to customers.
  • Conduct regular staff appraisals to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years General Sales Manager / Head of Sales experience in a premium brand franchised dealership.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Full UK driving license.

Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000, on-target earnings of £80,000, a company car, and an extensive benefits package.
