About the Job

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives revenue growth in a B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Create and manage sales targets and KPIs, and review and monitor performance of the sales team.
  • Manage and liaise with external marketing, PR, and design agencies to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media advertising and content creation to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Account management and contract review with B2B travel partners.
  • Collaborate with the product team to market products and services.
  • Develop and implement a yearly budget plan for marketing and communications.
  • Report to the Managing Director and attend travel trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role as Sales and Marketing Manager in the travel industry.
  • Digital marketing experience and a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience in driving growth in a B2C environment and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong management experience and a team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Additional Details

  • Salary: £45-£55k per year.
  • Location: Cambridge/hybrid role (3-4 days a week in Cambridge).
