Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in the Midlands Region, driving sales growth, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Beauty Consultants
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Training Manager to provide training and development opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to maximize support and sales
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure effective new store openings and support
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of commercial retail experience
  • Strong people management skills and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen
  • IT skills, including Excel intermediate
