We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Events to lead our Sales and Events department to its fullest potential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales and Events department to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales and events team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Strong hotel sales and events experience at Director level (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use and train Opera and Delphi.
- 5 years of management experience in recruiting, training, and developing people.
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to negotiate.
