Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Events department to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales and events team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong hotel sales and events experience at Director level (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to use and train Opera and Delphi.
  • 5 years of management experience in recruiting, training, and developing people.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to negotiate.
