The Role

  • As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving profit targets in your assigned region.
  • You will deliver high standards of operational excellence, visual merchandising, and customer experience through effective people development, talent management, and robust training.
  • Lead, develop, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and increase key performance indicators (KPIs) and broader commercial performance across all retail stores in the division.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have fashion or beauty industry experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
