Program Management Office Lead

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Program Management Office Lead to become a part of our organization. In this capacity, you will oversee a team of PMO Analysts, offering support to program managers and ensuring compliance with our delivery framework. Your duties will encompass managing resources, financial operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to secure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct a team of PMO Analysts
  • Formulate and execute efficient PMO procedures
  • Oversee program resource tracking and reporting
  • Assist with governance meetings and risk assessment
  • Produce reports and performance evaluations
  • Engage with stakeholders for effective program execution
  • Represent the PMO in steering committee discussions

  • Proven experience in leading a PMO team
