As part of our well-established health team, you will contribute to the holistic care of our service users and play a vital role in leading nursing care within the community. This role offers opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and involvement in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under clinical supervision, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care needs.
  • Once preceptorship is complete, supervise and mentor staff, including students.
  • Coordinate care for a group of patients as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring high-quality nursing treatment and care.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and governance practices.
