About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Manager to join our Testing department at OSB Group. As a Data Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive data testing strategies to validate the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across various systems and databases.
  • Develop and maintain tailored test plans, cases, and scripts for data validation.
  • Deliver Data Test Quality Assurance by implementing processes and methodologies to ensure adherence to data standards and best practices.
  • Identify, document, and manage data-related defects using a defect tracking system.
  • Document test plans, results, and reporting, monitoring test metrics and KPI's for each project and test phase.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data test requirements and create appropriate test approaches to validate data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Test Manager/Lead with extensive experience in managing and leading a team of data test analysts.
  • Track record of designing and executing data tests, profiling, quality assessment, and validation.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL query writing (SQL tools) and data manipulation from technical requirements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in system integration, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
