Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SHE Advisor to join our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) team. As a key member of our team, you will support the development and implementation of effective systems to manage data, verify competence, and assure the quality of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain procedures for verifying and assuring technical competencies of personnel working on behalf of Trinity Management.
  • Request, collect, and manage data confirming levels of competence of personnel working on contracts.
  • Prepare management information and reports to confirm levels of compliance.
  • Facilitate and support the delivery of induction training for operational teams.
  • Liaise with training providers to verify data provided by personnel.
  • Undertake checks on data provided by personnel to verify accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Keep all training data up to date each month.
  • Undertake an agreed number of checks every month to verify data accuracy.
  • Produce reports in the agreed timescales.
  • Specific projects to drive improved performance in agreed timescales.

Stakeholder Engagement

To fulfill the responsibilities outlined in this document, the Senior SHE Advisor will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to:

  • Head of Safety & Assurance.
  • Senior SHE Advisor and Technical Compliance Officer.
  • Other members of the SHEQ team.
  • Trinity Project/Site Managers.
  • LDP operational teams and management.
  • Client representatives, including but not limited to Safety and Assurance team members.
