About the Role:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction or engineering industry, with a strong understanding of technical sales principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in sales software and tools
