Job Opportunity for Complex Needs Specialist

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £70 - £120 per day

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Specialist to join our team. As a Complex Needs Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with complex needs.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, adapting resources and teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
  • Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the class teacher and parents.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Complex Needs Specialist or in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children.
