Key Responsibilities:

  • One-on-One Support: Provide individualized support to students, adapting resources and teaching methods to cater to their diverse needs and abilities.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents to ensure the student's needs are being met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with complex needs.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other professionals.
