Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students with varying learning needs
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive a comprehensive and inclusive education
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents

Requirements:

  • GCSE level in English and Maths
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
