Your dedication to making a positive impact on students with complex needs is what we are looking for at our secondary schools in Braintree.

We are currently in search of a committed and adaptable SEN - Complex Needs LSA to join our team commencing in September 2024.


As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to students with various special educational needs to ensure they receive a tailored and inclusive education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to students with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individual education plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as an SEN
  • Complex Needs LSA or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education is desirable.


This role entails a deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection, requiring the successful candidate to pass all necessary recruitment checks.
