The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at our SEN School in Braintree. As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions
  • Collaborate with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
