Position: Senior Operations Support Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time Contract

The Senior Operations Support Coordinator role is essential in leveraging established systems and methodologies to assist the team in executing various transactions efficiently and accurately within the Business Services Centre (BSC).

This position is designed to deliver a comprehensive administrative service across multiple functional domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in a range of computer systems.
- Commit to working effectively and efficiently, continuously striving to improve services and client outcomes.
- Safeguard the security and integrity of all personal information, including sensitive data, in line with data protection principles.
- Utilize designated employee and financial systems, following detailed operational processes, to carry out transactions within agreed timelines.
- Employ various computer applications for data maintenance and entry.

These applications include Microsoft Office tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email, along with internal platforms like SAP, Oleeo, ebulk, Granicus Forms, and Civica UPM.

Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to maintain high standards and meet business objectives.
