We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Support Assistant to join our Refugee Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support functions to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Refugee Support team, including data entry, report writing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects and events, including logistics, communication, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community groups, partners, and donors.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including refugees, asylum seekers, and other vulnerable individuals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a non-profit or humanitarian organization.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
