Position Overview

This position is for a seasoned Senior Capital Projects Coordinator with extensive experience in the housing and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of capital projects across the housing and commercial property portfolio.
  • Report directly to the Head of Asset Management & Development.
  • Manage a dedicated team of Building Surveyors and Capital Works personnel.
  • Oversee approximately 4,500 residential units and 300 commercial properties.
  • Direct the strategic planning for external contractors engaged in project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Construction Design Management (CDM) standards.
  • Guarantee the provision of high-quality living environments for residents.
  • Implement retrofit decarbonisation initiatives.
  • Oversee financial management related to capital projects.
Candidate Profile

The ideal Senior Capital Projects Coordinator will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management.
  • A proven history of success within the social housing sector.
