Job Description

**Job Title:** HR Advisor - Generalist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at StormX Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will provide generalist support and advisory services to managers and colleagues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead on employee relations case work, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data is maintained on HR systems.
  • Provide timely HR reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
