We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive customer satisfaction
- Manage and negotiate sales agreements and contracts
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions and agile software development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
