Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Operations: Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional guest service.
- Guest Satisfaction: Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement, to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Front Office team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Performance Management: Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members, with an emphasis on training and teamwork, to ensure that they meet the brand's standards of excellence.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Monitor staffing levels to meet business demands, ensuring that the Front Office team is adequately staffed to provide exceptional guest service.
- Profit and Loss Management: Manage the Front Office department's Profit and Loss account, ensuring that the department operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that the Front Office operation is efficient, effective, and aligned with the brand's standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account.
- Leadership Skills: Experience of managing and developing people, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
