Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and every enquiry is addressed with expertise and care.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities that align with our clients' evolving needs and facilitate regular client review meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Contract Fulfillment: Ensure that all contractual agreements are fulfilled, and that every order is accurately processed and delivered on time.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, complete client tenders, and advise clients on sustainable packaging solutions that align with their environmental goals and the full lifecycle of their products.
- Performance Metrics: Prepare and manage client KPI/SLA dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability in performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Suitable candidates must have experience of working in B2B account management specifically in a manufacturing and/or product sector as opposed to service.
- Skills: Be competent using CRM's and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with both existing and new customers.
