Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at AVASK ACCOUNTING and BUSINESS CONSULTANTS. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for executing growth and sales strategies for our company, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Business Development: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Account Management: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, and forecast and track key account metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory, assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, and maintain close relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers as appropriate.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level, solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, and excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Experience in a business development role for a minimum of 5 years.
- Education: Educated to degree level (BSc/BA in Business Management or related degree).
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to deal with stakeholders both internally and externally, customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure, organized with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, confident, professional, and friendly with a positive approach.
