We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking Business Development Manager to join our team at Language Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities by selling and explaining the benefits of our sports partnership services to businesses in the Netherlands.
- Follow the full sales cycle, working closely with our business standards and best practices.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including research, lead generation, sales appointments, and closing deals.
- Work at C-level / Director level decision makers to secure new business partnerships.
- Arrange video conferencing meetings via Teams and/or Zoom to complete sales with a fast turnaround time.
- Sell our full media portfolio of products to new customers.
- Fluent Dutch and English is essential. Fluent in other languages, such as French, Flemish or German is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally selling at C-level / decision level, with businesses in the Netherlands.
- Experience of managing the full A-Z of the sales process, from lead development to closing the sale.
- Excellent skills in sales introduction and managing the sales process in the full cycle by phone/email/video call or face to face.
- Strong communication skills.
- A good knowledge and interest in the sports world, particularly football, in Europe is an advantage.
- Excellent team attitude and a desire to develop your career.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £60,000 with a realistic OTE of £85,000 - £130,000+. Excellent benefits include a generous employee share scheme, rewarding contribution towards overall growth targets and company bonus schemes.
