Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team at AVASK ACCOUNTING and BUSINESS CONSULTANTS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing growth and sales strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  2. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  4. Communication and Presentation: Clearly communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role.
  2. Communication and Presentation: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  3. CRM and MS Office: Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  4. Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Person Specification:

  1. Experience: Experience in a business development role for a minimum of 5 years.
  2. Education: Educated to degree level (BSc/BA in Business Management or related degree).
  3. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders both internally and externally.
