Job Title: Business Development Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating growth and sales for AVASK. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  4. Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  5. Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  6. Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  2. Communication Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  3. Credentials: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Person Specification:

  1. Experience: Experience in a business development role minimum 5 years.
  2. Credentials: Educated to degree level BSc/BA in Business Management or a related degree.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
