- Team Management: Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Front Office team, ensuring they have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Performance Management: Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members, addressing any performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Monitor staffing levels to meet business demands, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Profit and Loss Management: Manage the Front Office department's Profit and Loss account, ensuring effective cost control and revenue maximization.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing and developing people, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account.
- Passionate and willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
