Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

At ABM, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operational teams, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immigration documentation checks, including new starters and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
  • Support the implementation of Oracle - HR System, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Prepare management reports on employee-related data to inform staff management and development.
  • Employee relations support, including responding to internal and external HR-related enquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Department, including filing, answering the telephone, and scanning documents.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions, such as Payroll, Benefits, and Recruitment.
  • Schedule meetings and HR events, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Audit filing and maintain record of personnel-related data/information.
Requirements:
  • Considerable experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience using Oracle - HR IT System or a similar HR IT System.
  • Good personal organization and a flexible approach.
  • A creative and decisive thinker.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
