Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Human Resource Business Partner. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Fully Qualified or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in HR, preferably in an educational setting or public sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft and Google products.
