We are seeking an experienced Aviation ER Specialist to join our team at Michael Page Human Resources. As an ER Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence
- Provide expert advice and guidance on ER matters to managers and employees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Ensure all ER activities are compliant with employment law and regulations
- Liaise with Trade Unions and manage TU relationships
- Analyse key data to use trends across absence, sickness and retention in strategic decision making
- Collaborate with the wider HR business partnering team on projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in ER with evidence of managing your own case load (Circa 20)
- Trade Union experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
