About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team as a Bank Radiographer at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Bank Radiographer, you will be working on an ad-hoc basis to support the needs of the business and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients
  • Work with a varied caseload in the department, on the ward, and in theatre
  • Collaborate with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment, and facilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure that all services are delivered with sensitivity and compassion

Requirements

  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent)
  • UK postgraduate certificate in Mammography
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • High levels of technical knowledge and attention to detail
