Position Overview

Lead Physiotherapy Specialist at Nuffield Health | Physiotherapy | Permanent | Part Time Up to £42,500 per annum (pro rata) based on experience, 15 Hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Lead Physiotherapy Specialist, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for a variety of orthopaedic patients, musculoskeletal issues, and post-surgical cases across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and medical consultants, under the guidance of a regional Clinical Lead.
  • Support patients in achieving, maintaining, and restoring their desired levels of health and wellness.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care that is safe, effective, compassionate, well-managed, and responsive to the needs of patients.
  • Adhere to all governance standards and engage in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Benefit from dedicated continuing professional development (CPD) time and access to various programs and events offered by the Nuffield Health Academy.
