About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic therapies team in NorthWest Kent. As a Physiotherapist for Children and Young People, you will work with a wide range of developmental and neurological needs, providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

You will be part of a Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) and work in partnership with health, education, and social services colleagues to deliver integrated care. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting mainstream schools, early years settings, and local special schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services to children and young people with developmental and neurological needs
  • Work collaboratively with the MDT and partner agencies to deliver integrated care
  • Support the development of children's physiotherapy services in mainstream schools and early years settings
  • Contribute to the development of the therapies team and the delivery of high-quality services
Person Specification
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Relevant degree in Physiotherapy and specialist qualifications in Paediatrics
  • Experience in managing complex caseloads and leading teams
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to individuals and groups
