About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Service in Somerset. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care and specialist rehabilitation to adults referred to our service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice regarding rehabilitation management of patients to families, carers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Support the running of outpatients clinics, including neuro and falls and frailty.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Contribute to the development and review of service policies and procedures.
Person Specification
  • Diploma/degree/Masters in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) maintained in a portfolio.
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Postgraduate accredited course in Care/Rehabilitation of the Elderly or other relevant postgraduate courses.
