Radiology Support Specialist - Bank

Nuffield Health | Radiology Department | Bank Contract | Part-Time

Hourly Rate: £12.25

As a bank employee, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, aligning your schedule with the operational requirements of the organization.

At Nuffield Health, the largest healthcare charity in the UK, your contributions are vital to our mission. Your enthusiasm, compassion, and commitment to making a positive impact are what drive us forward. Whether you are enhancing patient care, supporting community health initiatives, or advancing your professional journey, we are here to support you every step of the way.

The role of a Radiology Support Specialist presents a rewarding challenge with ample opportunities for professional growth. Candidates should possess the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in high-pressure situations. A proactive mindset is essential, along with the capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Work shifts typically occur between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will assist with various diagnostic imaging procedures, including ultrasound, CT, and MRI, while also providing support to the administrative team within the department. Radiology Support Specialists must enjoy interacting with diverse individuals and be motivated by a genuine desire to offer compassionate assistance.

If you are passionate about caring for others while acquiring new skills, Nuffield Health is the ideal environment for you. You will gain a comprehensive skill set and experience a profound sense of achievement and pride in your work.

We currently have an opening in the Radiology department for you to join our dedicated team. Previous experience in a healthcare environment and/or an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential. Your interpersonal skills, potentially honed in customer service roles, are equally valued. Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties, so a solid understanding of IT is necessary.

Flexibility in working various shifts, including occasional weekends, is required. As the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in the UK, we are committed to fostering healthier futures for all. Our innovative approach integrates clinical care, prevention, and wellness services to deliver expert healthcare across the nation.
