About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Radiology Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Radiology Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Radiology team and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, and X-ray.
  • Support the administrative staff within the department, including data entry and IT tasks.
  • Provide a high level of patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of people and their needs, with sensitivity and empathy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Radiology department.
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in healthcare (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Good level of IT literacy, with experience of using IT systems and software.
