About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Radiology Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Radiology team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, and X-ray.
  • Provide administrative support to the Radiology team, including IT and data entry tasks.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care and experience.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of IT literacy to support the efficient operation of the Radiology department.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Radiology department.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Good IT literacy and ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in healthcare (desirable).
