About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Radiology team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our radiology team, providing assistance with diagnostic imaging procedures, and working closely with administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including ultrasound, CT, and MRI scans
  • Support administrative staff with tasks such as patient registration, data entry, and filing
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, families, and visitors
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiology or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
