Healthcare Support Professional

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our Surgical Ward Department.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include assisting the team in providing exemplary patient care, contributing to the support and monitoring of patients, and identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient's health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential
