Job Title: HR Business Partner - Regional North

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract: 18 Month Fixed Term

Salary: £75,000 + Car Allowance and Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England. As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with senior leaders and line management to provide advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to senior stakeholders in the region
  • Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Coach leadership and line management on best practice and improve capability and self-sufficiency
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services

Requirements:

  • Strong generalist HR background with experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Experience in the NHS or public sector is desirable
  • Ability to travel onsite across the Northern Hubs as required
