Senior HR Business Partner (Regional - North)

Job Type: Full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract

Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite with travel between Durham and Manchester

Salary: £75,000 + car allowance and bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England over the next 18 months. As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with senior leaders and line management to provide strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and line management across the full employee lifecycle
  • Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Coach leadership and line management on best practice, improving capability and self-sufficiency
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services

Requirements:

  • Strong generalist HR background with experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to travel onsite across the Northern hubs as required
