We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our regional sites across the North of England over the next 18 months.
About the RoleThis is a senior HR Business Partnering role that combines both strategic and operational HR. You will be a key member of our People team, working closely with senior leaders and line management to provide advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders and line management
- Develop and implement people plans and interventions to drive business outcomes
- Coach leadership and line management on best practice and improve capability and self-sufficiency
- Support with workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services
We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background and experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. Ideally, you will have held a regional HR Business Partner role and have experience working in the NHS or public sector.
You will be customer-centric in your approach to HR Business Partnering and have a true blend of strategic and operational HR. You will also have experience working with varied stakeholder groups and be able to travel onsite across the Northern Hubs as required.
Please note, you must be readily available or available with 1 month's notice as the start date is pre-Christmas.
