Business Growth Manager

At Gillespie Recruitment, we pride ourselves on helping businesses find their perfect match. Our client, a growing HR consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as a Business Growth Manager.
As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in the company's exciting expansion period by developing and maintaining the client's profile and values. Your responsibilities will include:
- Help grow the client's reputation and network across the north of England
- Develop and build a healthy pipeline in line with the company's business development strategy
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers to share the client's services with them
- Reach out to businesses via various channels to arrange meetings
- Meet with businesses to discuss their services, either face-to-face or online via video conferencing tools
- Develop email campaigns using available content and resources
- Work with the social media team to ensure the client's messages are effectively communicated
